Booked my daughters birthday here and everyone had a great time. It was about $360 for 2 hrs for the party and they supplied a large table with soft drinks, plates, cups, napkins and cutlery. We ordered pizza through their website from Pizza Hut and it was delivered right on time and was reasonably priced. The place was madness (since it’s so popular) and there were many birthday parties happening at the same time ours was. But everything is ran very well here. The customer service was excellent. I accidentally had booked for the wrong location and when I phoned to fix it they made it easy. When booking, we paid a deposit to book and then paid the rest the day of the party. You’re able to sign waivers online ahead of time which was a great time saver for the guests when arriving so I recommend that. The kids all got wristbands, and it was easy for parents to watch their kids if they wanted since they have couches to sit on around the jumping areas. Although the place was so busy, parking was easy and free which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend having a birthday party here!
