My son fell from a 3 meter high climbing wall towards the back.
Between tubes and structures, they do not have an evacuation plan.
My husband and 4 other men had to jump in to get the child out.
No one from the establishment gave a solution, they did not know what to do, as an auxiliary, an emergency plan.
