We went on a bank holiday, so can't comment on how busy it is normally, but it wasn't busy when we went and we were able to go on everything without being pushed out of the way (5 kids 0-5 and 2 adults). Kids had a great time. You can validate your parking and bounce for as long as your wrist bands allow. We went for 2 hours and had lunch there. There's an arcade area below, with the lockers (our locker was £4 for 2 hours). We also had flip out socks, which were especially useful for the kids. A great day out.
