My granddaughter and I have attended the early tots session on several occasions as she loves it. This is less of a bad review but a concern that the management needs to address during periods of cold weather like we are experiencing currently. The tots session starts at 10 and these children are under 5. The staff advised me that they turn on the heating at 9:30 which is not ample time to heat a unit as large as this. We had to leave after just 20 mins as my granddaughter could not get warm, she looked blue despite jumping and running around. The conditions were uncomfortable.The staff kindly gave me a credit note but can I please ask that the heating is set to come on much earlier.
