We like jumping jacks because it's the ONLY soft play in the area who actually follow any rules, for example, they will ask parents to ensure older children aren't playing in the baby toddler section, they also ask kids not to climb up the slides etc and it's clean, which can't be said for most soft plays in Lisburn. Staff have always been welcoming too. If people have an issue with staff it's probably because them or their kids weren't following rules and so they were pulled up on it, as it should be. We are all here to keep our children safe and make sure they have fun.
