Unsafe, unpleasant unsanitary.
When we visited the ladies toilets were cordoned off due to building works which meant that if you wanted to use them it meant going out of the building and into the next one (laser quest) where there was no toilet paper and they were unclean. This is a massive safeguarding issue as if you have gone with two or more children it either means everyone going to the toilet, leaving a child/children alone in the venue or letting a child go out of the building into the next by themselves. A number of the activities were out of action. We had a birthday package from here which was laughable. We were led to the party room (which still had mop and bucket in, although not used for a while) via what can be best described as a building site (see photos) which was blocked off to the main arena by a gate that could only be open from the arena side - lucky there was no fire. The children were supposed to have a snack and a pizza as part of package but no snacks (until we complained and then some multipacks of plain crisps were chucked in the room). The pizza was just a slice of pizza which meant very hungry children. The parents of the birthday party next door were also upset about the penny pinching and poor quality of the food. Given that the venue has a one star hygiene rating I do wonder if it was a lucky escape. Don't visit, don't give them your money. We won't be going back.
