Rather disappointing! We travelled from an hour away and expected a lot more for our efforts. We were told to arrive for an induction, none was received. The whole building was freezing cold. There were not enough tables or seating for spectators. When we asked why this was we were told it was because they where being used for Private parties (why not just have enough). The escalators were not working (which might have been the safest option) most of the loos were out of order. We had to save several people who were trapped in the disabled loos. 3 out of the 6 bumper cars were out of service. It really needs a good clean, finger smears all over all glass surfaces…. Etc The highlight was the food (Chicago pizza), the guy serving was pretty cool too, even though there was only one till , so be prepared to wait a while. unfortunately that was it. Oh and we didn’t get to finish our turn on the VR machine, a staff member came over and switched the machine off ( no advance warning)
