Well it would have been a four star but unfortunately this will be the last time I attend. It was fun to bounce and interact with my kids and spend that valuable quality time with them but finding that being ripped away is most unsettling. The contradiction in signage is enough to give me a headache that required two paracetamol and a lengthy lie down. The impossibility of supervising my children "AT ALL TIMES" yet "NO ADULTS ON THE INFLATABLES PLEASE". I can't do both. I don't feel comfortable just leaving my children out of sight. I'll take full responsibility if they have an injury under my care but if I'm not allowed to follow them on the equipment and I can't see them from the seating area where I'm forced to stay then the supervision has to be with your staff. Especially near the fire exit that is behind the inflatables unsupervised.
