Fed up of turning up to here to an absolute shambles - Managers how are you turning up here every day and you cannot even get the basics correct. It is an absolute embarrassment. The outside looks like a war zone and don’t come up with some lousy excuse we discussed this last year and it looks like I was paid a lot of lip service. How have you not walked the site from a guest perspective and realised you look like a joke factory. Have some respect for your hard working parents that choose to spend with you and prove to us you care.
