Very un-organised. I had a 8 year old birthday party yesterday and had 29 kids there. It took ages to get in and get sorted. When we were show to the party room I told them that there are not enough seats and tables for all the kids. They had enough for about 20 kids, I told the girl 4 times and they gave a load of lip service but did nothing. In the end I had to go outside and get 2 extra tables myself and only just managed to squeeze everyone in. If I'm paying for 29 kids I expect seats for 29 kids. kids still enjoyed it but I expected better.
