This place was initially intended to be a source of happiness for children, with the ultimate goal of providing high-quality family time. However, the reality couldn't have been more different. The staff's level of service was incredibly poor, and despite reporting the incident twice to the management, there was no response. The staff's behavior was consistently rude, making it difficult to rate their service with anything other than a negative five stars. Unfortunately, it appears that the management is overwhelmed due to the high number of customers, and they lack the necessary resources, like computers, to effectively address customer concerns. This led to a super bad experience despite the facility being super fancy.
