There are a lot of problems. First if all, this place is expensive, so, I can to expect for almost perfect service but it is not a perfect. It is like were before the reconstruction. The same rude staff, the same not flexible rules, the same everything. Anyway, my kiddo was happy to be there, she doesn't understand all those problem, she just playing. I was notice one more, about safety. Big kids can jumping into soft kubes on the other kids. It can be really dangerous. The staff don't pay attention on that fact at all.
