Overwhelmed with school, work, and the holidays, I made the mistake of booking my daughter’s birthday party for the wrong day. I sent out invitations and everything! And, as fate would have it, I didn’t learn that I booked the party for the wrong day until, you guessed it, I was at the front desk of Altitude trying to check-in! Jahmiah spoke with her manager and despite it being a Saturday with parties already booked for the day, they worked with me to squeeze my daughters party in. The kids had a great time and our assigned party host, Keyton, did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed and didn't make us feel rushed. Despite the mistake being my own, the Altitude team allowed us extra time in the park and the party room as a courtesy. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
