The whole place is very large and has a lot of space for kids to jump and run around. My kids liked the pits (there are 2) and the main trampoline area. The place had a small arcade, which looks fun too. The two star rating is from the following: 1) the place was filthy: dirty socks, plastic wrapper, trash everywhere 2) i saw at least 4 employees just standing there chatting to each other, not watching kids and not trying to tidy up the place 3) bathrooms were very dirty as well: paper all over the floor, some didn't have toilet paper or proper supplies 4) they have an announcement system that does not work very well, it is hard to hear what they are saying and the speaker seams to be in a weird place. The front desk was efficient and the person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The place differently has potential if it was taken care of.
