Would be a great e place if it was better organized.So busy there was no separate check in for party so had to wait in line for over a 1/2 hour. Bought and paid for several other children and if they wanted food, drink or even change we were told you had to stand in line for another 1/2 hour despite workers walking around in groups.... suggest things would go smoother if you had 1 person to take food & drink orders, as well as give change, one person to do party check in only and 2 at desk to check in random people. Felt bad that the person who's party it was paid for 2 hours but most kids received less time due to the long wait....party group should be reimbursed!
