During my recent visit to Altitude in York, I found the location to be quite welcoming, thanks to its well-lit and generally well-maintained environment. This made for a pleasant initial impression. However, I noticed that the carpet areas were not as clean as I would have expected, which was a bit disappointing considering the overall upkeep of the place. When it came to refreshments, the snacks available were, unfortunately, overpriced. This might be a point of consideration for future visitors who plan to spend a significant amount of time there and might need a bite to eat. Additionally, I observed something rather unusual and concerning regarding the management. It appears there might be a lack of attention to detail or possibly literacy issues, as evidenced by the photo I've attached. This aspect could potentially impact the overall customer experience and communication efficiency. In summary, while Altitude has its strengths in terms of ambiance and maintenance, there are areas like cleanliness and pricing strategy that could be improved. Moreover, the management team might benefit from a closer review of their written communications to enhance their professional image.
