We are platinum members and it has been a great decision for our family (mainly used for our 10 yr old boy). The staff has been accommodating, and the facility is very clean and neat. I enjoy the online reservation option as well. There are so many options when it comes to fun when you come and play here - plus, go karts! Priscilla, manager, is exceptional as well- nothing but great things to say; can’t wait to continue to enjoy our membership and stay active at Urban Air.
