I must say, Team member Damien in the Virginia Beach facility is a respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable young man. He took time out to answer questions that myself and family had about the facility, he assisted my son with trying to find his phone when it fell in the form pit, and I watch him assisted 3 adult women out of the form pit when it was obvious they were not going to be able to do it themselves. (I must admit, I was one of those ladies). I really commend him for his hospitality and customer service.
