I took my two nephews to Surge I Newport. Wes VA and they loved it. Plenty of areas to bounce, run, play with others and complete obstacles courses. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location was clean and I noticed several staff members cleaning behind the kids. Specifically, a young man in a green T-shirt was working in multiple areas from the game room area, snack bar, main entry area and side rooms. He was a very hard worker constantly helping everyone and cleaning/disinfecting the games and sitting tables/chairs. I just want to say “thank you” and we (customers) appreciate the hard work and dedication you have to your job! It did not go unnoticed! Management….The young man deserves a raise!
