Don't get me wrong, this place is cool. It's very large and lots of things to do but when someone buys tickets online and is fully prepared, they shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes to get in because other parents aren't prepared with tickets purchased and waivers signed. Maybe create special lines for those who purchase online.
