So we were told to come 10 minutes early and we actually came 30 minutes early. We waited in line which it was extremely packed. There was no one to greet us then when we got to the front, we were told to go to the other line after we checked in, it was extremely disorganized and our party guest were extremely confused. I had the most hardware experience for almost $300 that we spent we were told to move around the side when we got to the side we were told there was no reason for us to be there, and that we needed to be on the other side our party guest had to move to the other side , not to mention where we 30 minutes early we didn’t get to jump into 30 minutes after the start time which was 430. The staff looked very confused like they did not know what to do not only that, but I bought party decorations and explained that I needed those party decorations to be put in the room when I got upstairs , the attendant who was very nice still had all sky zone decorations, which I had to take all those decorations down with his help and put up the other decorations, which also prolong our experience because it was so late and we will push back so much the party that guest did not get the stay after because they were so overwhelmed with two hours of partying or I would say less than two hours of partying. I would not come back and I will highly recommend for no one to come to this location for parties because unfortunately it doesn’t seem like there’s either enough staff or the staff is not trained enough for the capacity of people who were in and out of this location . I feel like I wasted my Money because we did get the full hour of jump time.
