Be prepared to enter a world managed by undertrained and rude teenagers. The overall play experience was good for the children, however if you have to interact with the staff be ready to be treated like a dog. This place is honestly a huge disaster waiting to happen. I will gladly travel to another location in the future. Jasmine (lead who yelled loudly at my children for not having unban air socks), Jasmine front counter (failed to sell or notify us that we needed urban air brand socks), and Lilly (who treated me like a dog at the front counter when I tried to purchase socks). Crazy experience that I will definitely not relive again.
