I cannot say I had a great experience. I had a decent one, but not great! 1st of all, I had a phone conversation with a party associate and I was told no outside food or drinks were allowed, but the 2 parties next to me had coolers with jello and drinks for the kids. I hope the guys that work here are making enough money the hr because they have to take care of more than 1 party at the same time (which is totally crazy because you have to wait for Them to appear if you need something. They are not fully dedicated to your party) The private room is just for 2hrs but I don’t think it really worth it. The promise is to have a stress free party but it is very stressful actually because you don’t have enough time for register, play, eat and sing happy birthday, everything is a rush for you to be able to do everything on time, I tried turning on the tv but the remote wasn’t working. When I got the room it still had cleaning supplies inside, no balloons and the first kid who opened the room for us seemed very sleepy. Then we got another party hostess, she was very nice, proactive and helpful, but she was very busy. I was told to reach 10min before but I wasn’t able to be attended until 1:00Pm. If you are having a party, better to use the regular tables outside, less stress!!
