Cool park concept, amazing to entertain your kids on weekends or day off, the only problem with this kind of business is the staff; They hired a bunch of NOT MANNERS high school kids that literally don’t care about their job or the customers, they are rude , they give preferences to the friends their invite and give free tickets, high schoolers that start disrespecting the little kids and the staffs don’t do anything about until a bigger issue develops. The place gets so pack that is even unsafe bring kids under 10 years old because the park doesn’t control the bigger kids at all, the park only care about money too obvious, not recommended for little kids and the birthday package are ridiculous for 1 1/2 or 2 hours for the amount of money the ask and the host they offer a Teenager usually with not manners, definitely a no for me anymore , better places to enjoy with your kids. Also the place is DIRTY, I wish the turn on the lights for everyone to see the nasty 🤮 environment around .
