I really like this place, and I have been coming here since it opened, but I see the decline in cleanliness. I brought this to the attention of the people who worked here, and nothing has been cleaned or done about it. It seems like they have a lot of kids working here instead of adults. This place makes too much money for it not to be cleaned properly. I would even be interested in finding out when the last time they cleaned their ball pit or wiped down their jungle gym area for the kids. But from the looks of these pictures, I just took, clearly nothing has been done. I brought the balls in the ball pit several times on different occasions to the attention of the staff and those same balls just keep ending up being thrown in the pit. Now when I take my daughter to the pit, and stand inside the ball pit, you feel stuff at the bottom that you shouldn’t. I really love this place and I hope that the owners spend the money to keep it up to par. Thanks for reading.
