I’ve been here in times past and enjoyed our experience. However, this last instance 1/23/24 was not as impressive. Front counter gentleman was not friendly at all. Why work somewhere if you’re not happy to be there? The sign letting you know you had to have special socks just to walk around and watch your kids wasn’t displayed until you already payed. I was nicely given socks anyways when approached by a worker. She was nice and I gave more stars for that. They do offer half price for 6 and under for the 1 hour jump which I also gave 3 starts for. In summary…work on friendliness and explaining that before the customer pays.
