Definitely do not go on the weekend if you have little children. The larger older kids do not care who they run over or knock down or in the case of my granddaughter give a bruise on her face. I complained to the girl behind the desk that seems to want to stay on her cell phone all day and she told me there was a guy that was supposed to be watching over things on the bounce floor and I found him sitting in the middle playing on his phone. They don't have to worry about me coming back. Management needs to get a grip on what's going on in this place. The guy in the blue shirt is the one who's supposed to be watching over things and making sure that people can remain fairly safe. From what I understand the police were called to this place 10 minutes after we left due to a fight breaking out! Wow!
