This was a birthday party reservation which saved a lot of time. Once coming in you will have to fill out an electronic waiver form, for the guardian. You will add in all the kids under your guardianship to this and at the very bottom check off the I accept box. Hit done and complete waiver form and a receipt prints out to take to desk. If you are just coming for some fun you can do the form first or pay for the pass first. You can get a pair of Urban Air socks (they have some grip for balance going all over the place. Yes socks on at all times! Remind the kids not to run or throw the balls or foam pieces outside the play areas! We enjoyed going through the whole facility before it hit 2pm then it gets packed. Even their pizza is great (it reminds me of a Domino’s Brooklyn style pizza) I will say it’s better than Chucky Cheese. They even have movies playing on flatscreen for the kids and the sports enthusiast. You can enjoy your sports and time with family & friend! If you want to do a private room book it early to bet the rush. They do boot fast and table that are in the open areas don’t have the privacy or security as a room. They have massage chairs and an icee machines for that I’m on duty but I need a moment to myself experience. It was definitely worth the trip to get out and do something different.
