We’ve always had an incredible experience. However, in December the front desk attendants worked hard to talk us into a membership. I explained that we live an hour away so a membership wasn’t feasible. Plus, after the new year we’d be busy with sports anyway for a membership. They were unrelenting that is was cheaper…to simply cancel before the month was up. So we did it. We canceled before the month was up and we’re still charged both for December and January despite being assured from both front desk attendants and an online customer service personnel named Tamara we wouldn’t be. We still were. The promotions aren’t transparent and personnel aren’t knowledgeable or forthright. Something is amiss if not unethical. Update: they reversed the additional charge but it took a real review for that to happen. Nonetheless, we want to come back. We loved that place. Just wanted transparency and fairness.
