Zip line states do not use without a team member present. My five year old went and asked a group of four team members to come over so she could enjoy the zip line and one of the staff members said no just go. Unacceptable. I try to teach my kids to follow the rules so I had her go ask just to be told do it yourself. To a 5 year old. Fully staffed on 12/29 four staff members at the band check to come into the arena and one couldn’t help open an attraction. One of the three was a male manager also which is sickening.
