So unfortunately we came during peak hours and it was packed! We came for a birthday party for my younger son’s friend. My older daughter came along with us and decided she wanted to jump. Since she wasn’t apart of the birthday party I paid for her jump. After going to the jump area and experiencing how crowded it was at the time she quickly (15mins in) decided she didn’t want to jump anymore after looking at all the jump and play areas. I was quite upset because we had purchased a 3 hour jump ticket for her. After talking to the manager Chris he was super understanding and helped with our situation. For that I definitely would recommend this place and give 5 stars because of the great customer service he showed us! Just don’t come during peak hours ❣️
