Today my son carter had is birthday party here m, unfortunately a lot of people called and canceled I was so upset 😟 anyways the staff there were so polite and nice about the whole situation. One gentleman let carter pick 3 gifts anything he wanted big…. That was amazing to see then the next thing I know is they gave me my deposit back since I paid for 10 kids to jump I just can’t believe they didn’t have to do that but they did and I can tell they care about the kids and making sure they are happy so thank you to everyone at altitude in Anderson for understanding!!
