i attended a birthday party at your location today. i want to start this off by saying your employee/staff were incredibly RUDE. 1) we went to get help for an older child attacking and scaring our smaller children and your employee was asleep behind the desk and proceeded to do absolutely nothing. 2) a father ask for them to play less explicit music and she rolled her eyes at him. 3) there was not a single employee beyond the check in desk. 4) NONE of the children were required to fill out waivers, and the children that already had them, were not asked for them. this is extremely saddening considering the woman who hosted the birthday party just wasted 200$ to use your facility to be treated so poorly.
