This place has so much potential, but has never lived up to it. We were members for over a year and saw it go steadily downhill. Came back several months later and not much has changed. You can no longer buy a single hour pass, only 2 hours or monthly memberships. The employee told us that the monthly pass was less than the 2-hour pass, but forgot to include the processing fee in that comparison. Also get used to seeing this sign. I appreciate the need to ensure safety, but the sheer volume of closed attractions and the duration is just staggering. If attractions need to be closed that regularly and for that long, maybe they aren't appropriate for this type of facility. I'd be willing to bet it's not a safety issue, but a staffing issue ... That's just conjecture 🤷‍♂️
