Kids loved it, although one particular person was very rude. Bald guy with glasses was argumentative towards the payers for birthday party, visibly stressed, made comments about nobody wants to work and how they are short handed and kept putting his hands to his head like he was going to flip out. I seen him getting irritated with other groups coming in and maybe he should have stepped aside. In a n establishment for family’s and children of all ages, better temperament and patience is a must.
