This place is a joke! It’s 2024 and I’ve officially canceled my membership. They have had 3 attractions closed since they opened back up after Covid. Same excuse not enough staff. Yet even on slow days where there is less than 16 kids in the whole park staff just stands around and chatting it up. Doesn’t open anything except for the basic jumping and dodge ball area. FYI teenagers are rough in this area. My sister threw a party for my niece here. Told her not to do it and go elsewhere BUT this was close to her home and her kids school which classmates were invited. Waste of money!!! They asked over and over for the sky area to open, over and over for the beam area and they wouldn’t let them play in the kid park area and kicked the kids out for being to old. LIKE WHAT ARE PEOPLE PAYING FOR! This place is a janky rip off. I would not recommend it to anyone anymore. Just close it down if already or bring back the fun from 2019 and earlier requesting from all parents that use to come here and know what it use to be.
