We went there today, I was highly disappointed. Let’s start with the most important safety! As people were walking side wall panel as pictured below fell off the wall it’s heavy and was left there for over 10 minutes even after notifying employees I personally had to move to make sure my kids wouldn’t get hurt! There were 2 employees multiple birthdays and 1 employee kept helping party guest so that left 1 employee to check in guest no one to help customers or make sure everything was safe. When you have over 200 guest this is terrible. Next upkeep of property maybe the owners haven’t walked the area? The foam pit had large mats that were supposed to be on platform in side it. The zip line was closed, the middle area is so worn and falling apart/ broken! For the price charged these are things that need to be addressed and fixed. Hopefully the owners will see this and help with the concerns and issues.
