I was not sure of how I wanted to rate this place. I am a grandmother that has 15 grandsons and 5 granddaughters. I have been to a lot of places for children over the years. When my son asked me about giving his son a birthday party since I had never visited Urban Air and it heard such great reviews I thought it would be the perfect place for the birthday. The customer service was great. The young people that helped us were very nice young people. They try to accommodate us without breaking any rules, but did make some exceptions, when it came to us occupied our table which was reserved. This was very much appreciate it since we had the cake, and I'm old and needed to sit down.😂😂😂... The kids had a great time... there's a lot to do. However, investing over 500. Was a little much for 10 children. I personally would have like the price to be a little less. Another suggestion I would make it some of the activities space was small, like the bumper cars... there was simply not enough room, the laser tag area was about a 10x10 space and I assume there would be nooks, hiding spaces and there was none. The food court was nice,but didn't offer a lot of selections...🤔 but those bacon and cheese waffle fries were delicious 😋😂😂😂. Water could be less since you can get water for about.30 cents a bottle, so at $1.50...there would still be a profit. And the message chairs is a great idea. Expa
