I signed up for the yearly membership online and upon arrival, there was a mishap with my phone number so I couldn’t be located in the system. One of the managers came out and told me to go ahead through and he will figure it out because I did have the confirmation on my phone upon further investigation found out that the system automatically generated one of my old phone numbers in which he came to inform me of the change and update, but I thought the way he handled it was amazing instead of being combative and going back-and-forth with me as a customer it made things for me, go very smoothly. I appreciate the grace.! my children love this place and we have fun here, weekly.
