The worst customer service ever!!! They don’t Communicate with each other I had my son birthday party in one of the rooms.. In August I was given passes from my host of the kids that didn’t show up and was told we can use them at a later date come in to use them. I was asked where I got them from like I made them or something or stole them!!!! too unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!… and was told by the manager I had to re-purchase more passes in order for my kids to jump today! Last time coming to this location because it’s always something!!! They are very rude and unprofessional!!!
