We have spent so many hours and so much money at Urban Air. We celebrated my daughter's birthday spending right out about $200 for a facility that definitely has not had a deep clean in an indefinite amount of time just from the large dust bunnies and odors rising from the mats and play areas. The bathrooms were disgusting even after having them cleaned by the very young janitorial member they were still in need of some sanitary TLC. My children have an incredible time there.... But the odor in the facility has changed and definitely needs to be addressed. We will continue to visit but I truly hope they invest more time and effort into sanitation.
