Mixed Experience at Defy Boise - Fun for Kids but Concerns About Cleanliness We recently visited Defy Boise for a day out with the kids and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the kids had a great time jumping and playing around. The variety of attractions provided plenty of entertainment, and their enjoyment was evident. However, we encountered some concerns regarding the facility’s cleanliness and maintenance. We noticed a considerable amount of dust and garbage on the floors, and the rugs appeared to need a thorough vacuuming. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that at least two attractions were closed. While the kids enjoyed their time, these issues have made us reconsider our plans to host a birthday party here. We were hoping for a well-maintained and clean environment for such a special occasion. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be addressed, as Defy Boise does offer a fun experience for children. For now, we will be exploring other locations for the birthday party but are open to returning in the future if improvements are made.
