Started out giving this place a 1 star review because they told me over the phone we’d be able to book an hour time slot in person. When we arrived at 5:54 they had a sign for a private event on the door and stating they were closed. When I brought the family the following day the staff redeemed themselves and gave us all a pair of free socks. My kids were pretty persistent on wanting to go. This is a great place for your kids to get their energy out. As long as they enjoyed it I think they deserve 5 stars.
