We are members here and my kids love the playground. Overall though, the staff lacks training. I was here once on a busy day and there was a lost, crying kid. The place was packed. People around the area said she had been crying for a long time. I took the kid to the front desk and they told me to take her to the snack bar. So we had to squeeze our way all through the crowd to get to the snack bar…where we absolutely could not get anyone’s attention. Eventually, the kid’s sister found her. How can a place like this not have a plan for lost kids? Another thing is their laser tag always has tons of broken packs. Tonight, my son waited the entire game before him. When the game was over, the girl let everyone in line rush into the room instead of counting how many players could enter based on the working packs. My son ended up grabbing one that didn’t work. People behind us got to play. He was heartbroken. Not cool Urban Air. Fix the packs or count the players.
