This is my review for hosting a birthday party here. I was originally going to give someone a piece of my mind, but I was too busy tending to all my party guests; so a review will do. We arrived and we stood in the entrance for about 15-20minutes with all of our balloons, gifts and some guests by the desk. No greeting, no cart ready to take our things to the party room as described. Staff was tending more to other arriving guests, than helping us with our things and party guests, as the package we purchased described. There were maybe 2 staff trying to scramble and figure out our reservation — but they avoided and never reassured us, and I'm sure they only eventually helped us along because we were blocking the way for other guests (there was nowhere else for us to go). After that time, a staff member only helped and interacted with us to take our things right then and there, handed out socks, and wheeled our things away. At the party room, we had it to ourselves, but the only time a staff member showed their face was to bring spoons and plates. My party guests and I helped distribute pizza, served them everyone, and I dealt with cutting and serving my cake until it was nearly gone. So you can imagine how I felt looking over when I finally sat down and saw a nearby party that was just brought in, sitting down, and a staff member was hanging out by them, cutting their cake for them — after I had scrambled to be a decent host the entirety of our time there. Upon leaving, there was no acknowledgment from staff towards us at all, as I corralled the entirety of my guests out of the building by the end of our party. I hope someone higher up sees this and ensures something like this won't happen to a first-time parent hosting a party of this size again.
