Helpful front desk staff, not so helpful party planner. When the birthday girl got super sick the night before her party, the party planner would only reschedule if we paid a $50 fee. I’m sure it’s just their policy, but it’s not a very nice one. I guess they prefer you bring your sick kiddos to the trampoline arena. On the day of the party, the front desk staff were super helpful and friendly, and made sure we had a great experience. The kids enjoyed the facility. Strangely, they replaced the foam block pit with giant air pillows. Maybe they’re easier to sanitize. A few kids slid down the sides and got trapped, though. Make sure you’re around to pull them out!
