I have no idea why there is so many bad reviews. We booked a birthday party and I was so anxious because of the reviews HOWEVER we had a BLAST ! Well we had a GREAT time the kids had so much fun ! We had so much fun my party host JASON was amazing ! He was attentive and asked if we needed anything through out the party he made sure we did our dodge ball game and had everything organized for us ! We did the biggest party package and it was perfect I recommend doing that .
