Great place to bring the kids. Everything I go in they have several games that eat up the tickets because they are broken and the kids don't know to stop swiping the card and we end up losing a bunch of money on the broken arcade games. This would be a big deal if this was a once and a while thing, but the constant broken arcade games is a big turn off for me. The kids don't mind, but I do and I'm the one paying. We just bought a membership because my daughter loves this place, but the arcade game situation needs to be handled or I will update my review to reflect more about how I feel about this. It's a great facility and you guys get a ton of business, take some time and get the place dialed in or we will find a new trampoline park. Also the food situation needs to be addressed also. It takes way to long to get food and it is often overcooked or burnt. This is unacceptable for the prices being charged. I enjoy this place and hopefully my feedback helps make the experience better for future patrons
