Visited once a few weeks ago to check the place out and had a birthday event this weekend. The staff was amazing. During both visits the staff watching the play areas have been very watchful and quick to intervene when needed. Our party room was ready on arrival and we had a staff member assigned for the whole event who was very helpful and attentive throughout. We brought outside food and paid the fee for doing so, but then our pizza never arrived, and without being asked the manager at the front reversed our outside food fee out of sympathy for what happened. We will be back for sure. Relative to other places in the area the cost is very reasonable for a party room and it’s great to have a place where kids can be so active. Most of our guests didn’t know this place existed and were really impressed with what was available. None of us want to own trampolines at home because of the safety concerns, so this is a great alternative!
