My family typically loves going to Altitude to bounce around and burn off some energy, but lately it seems like the quality in cleanliness has been going downhill. Specifically, often times when we go, the teenage staff are not monitoring what is happening on the trampolines resulting in younger kids being picked on and targeted by older kids. This has resulted in my husband and I having to “hall monitor” what is going on to keep our kids feeling safe while jumping. Additionally, it is clear that there is some construction going on as evidenced by the taped off areas, but more than that the women’s restroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. There was trash everywhere, the toilets were overflowing with garbage and were not flushed, and the counters were all wet and had trash all over them as well. We love getting out to jump as often as we can, and our family holds memberships there, but if the safety monitoring and cleanliness doesn’t improve this might be a reason for us to reconsider this choice for us.
